EFQUEL is a membership organisation which is based in Brussels, Belgium. It is a network with over 100 member organisations from Europe and beyond such as other networks, universities, corporations and national agencies.  It is our aim to involve actors into a European community of users and experts in order to share experiences on how e-Learning can be used to strengthen individual, organisational, local and regional development, digital and learning literacy, and promote social cohesion and personal development.

By joining the EFQUEL you become a part of the largest European network of organisations and professionals dedicated to quality in the field of eLearning.
